I am a Mum of 2 who started cake decorating classes 17 years ago and became hooked! After 8 years and 4 City & Guilds cake decorating Diplomas I now run my own business from home creating fabulous cakes to order.

I have a wonderful separate workroom in which I can cook and decorate to my hearts content.

I am registered with East Sussex Environmental Health and also hold a Food Hygiene Certificate.

For the past 4 years I have been passing on my passion for all things cake by teaching Adult Education classes.

I continue to develop my skills by attending classes myself.
